Donna began her journey with the Willoughby Area Chamber of Commerce in June 2010 as an Administrative Assistant. Following the 2013 merger that created the Willoughby Western Lake County Chamber of Commerce, she transitioned into the role of Office Manager and now proudly serves as the Chamber’s Member Services Specialist.
In her current role, Donna oversees the internal operations of the Chamber and is the primary point of contact for members and visitors. She provides vital administrative support to the Executive Director and plays an integral role in several Chamber committees, including the Willoughby ArtsFest planning team.
Donna is passionate about helping members maximize their Chamber experience and values the connections she builds through her work. Outside the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
